She waited for Jack preparing everything needed tonight, some of the classic romance movies and supplied lots of ice cream for tonight, when Amaya heard the doorbell rang realizing that he arrived, she practically sprint at the door opening it. “Hey, you came,” she smiled.  

“‘Course I did, doofus,” he said, letting himself in and lightly poking Amaya’s cheek. He seemed to be acting cool and nonchalant, as if nothing had happened earlier, but deep down he was merely trying to forget about the whole situation. He found a comfortable couch to sit on and looked up excitedly at his friend. “So, what’re we having?”

“And it requires no fairy dust at all?” It was hard to wrap her head around such an idea. He truly was different than a fairy. He was different than any magical being she had ever met, though she was very limited on the amount. “Can it do anything else? Not that flying isn’t magnificent, because it is, but it seems like it could do more.”

He shook his head. “Nope!” He grinned, and floated up in the air out of excitement. That, and he wanted to prove to her that he wasn’t a lunatic. “Um, well, it helps me control ice and snow.” He shrugged, circling his staff a few times before snowflakes began to fall on the two of them.
